DESCRIPTION:Beat summer boredom by signing your kids up for a week of Nature Explorers Camp! Anyone who loves exploring the outdoors and discovering how nature works will feel right at home at this camp. Camp is limited to 20 campers\, so register TODAY! This camp is for youth ages 7-9 (must have completed 1st grade).\n\n \n\nBug lovers unite! Be an entomologist for a week. What's the difference between bugs and insects? Come to camp and find out as we collect and study all kinds of creepy crawlers from the forest. We will make a live trap to see who crawls around at night. Camp is filled with games and hands-on activities.\n\n \n\nCamp attendance is $150 per camper per week. Camp runs from July 20 through July 24 from 9 am to 3 pm.\n\n \n\nOffered through University of Illinois Extension in partnership with DeKalb County Forest Preserve. This camp is led by 4-H Youth Development professionals and is open to any youth seeking outdoor adventure.
